Chia seed pudding

Chia seed pudding is well infused with all the goodness you can find in the chia seeds. It is the burst of fiber in a well-prepared dessert. The recipe is sure to make you lure in for more and more of it. As the tasty treat is something which is going to drive you on a healthy routine of self care.

Let’s make some pudding:

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl or mason jar, stir together chia seeds, milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. If you’re using a mason jar, you can put the lid on and shake the mixture to combine everything; or stir the ingredients well in a bowl.
  3. Once the chia pudding mixture is well combined, let it sit for 5 minutes. Give it another stir/shake to break up any clumps of chia seeds.
  4. Cover and put the mixture in the fridge and let it settle for 1-2 hours or overnight.
  5. The chia pudding should be nice and thick, not liquidy in consistency.
  6. If it's not thick enough, just add more chia seeds (about 1 tsp), stir and refrigerate for another 30 minutes or so.
  7. Chia pudding can be stored for up to 5-7 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  8. Serve chilled.

Once the pudding is all set and thick, take a good portion of it and relish the goodness of chia seeds in every single bite. It’s very easy to make and holds great benefits as well. Do give the recipe a try!
