2 tbsp maple syrup (or sugar free sweetener)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tspHimalayan Pink Rock Salt
1 tbsp butter
Beat the cream cheese and maple syrup in a bowl.
Add the eggylicious powder, salt and vanilla extract and beat until fluffy.
Heat the pan you want to make pancakes in.
Add the butter to grease it.
Pour the batter on medium low heat.
Cook for 1-2 mins and then flip.
Cook till they are golden brown on both sides.
Serve the pancakes with a choice of garnish.
