1 cup almond milk

Pinch of POI's Himalayan pink salt
Zest and juice of ½ lemon
Dash of vanilla extract
Honey or POI's coconut sugar
Pinch of POI's ground turmeric, optional
In a bowl, mix milk and chia seeds.
Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract, salt, turmeric, and sweetener.
Mix well and let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
Pour in a jar. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Stir before serving and top with fresh fruits if desired.
