Pride Of India's exclusive Royal Quinoa is traditionally called the mother of all grains as it has the highest quality nutrients. It is organically cultivated at 12000 feet in the Peruvian Andes. Our Quinoa has a nutty flavor with a fluffy texture. Directions

Use: 2 Cups water per 1 cup dry quinoa Add 1 tsp oil if desired.

Stovetop:

1. Soak quinoa for 15-20 minutes. 2. Rinse thoroughly and drain water. 3. Add water in a wide pot and heat on low uncovered. 4. Once the water is at the level of the quinoa, cover the pot. 5. Allow to sit for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot.

Cooker/Microwave:

1. Prep Quinoa same as above. 2. Use a microwave safe dish or rice cooker. Heat for 15-20 minutes on medium heat covered. Serve hot.
