 1 tbsp honey (optional)

●   2 tsp Pride of India’s Garam Masala Spice Powder

 1 tsp Pride of India’s Basil Seasoning

 Pride of India’s Himalayan Pink Salt

 7-8 small potatoes, halved

 3 red onions, sliced

 1-2 cups cherry tomatoes

Directions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) & lightly grease a large sheet pan with olive oil.

  2. Balsamic Chicken Marinade: In a bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Lemon Chili Pepper Seasoning, honey, dried basil, and Himalayan Pink Salt. Place the chicken thighs in the mixture and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Prepare the VegetablesToss the halved potatoes, sliced red onions, and cherry tomatoes with a drizzle of olive oil. Season with Himalayan Pink Salt and the remaining marinade if desired.
