The Papadum Lentil Crisps are the kind of food that not only goes with everything but are one of the tastiest crispy snacks for your brunch! The best thing about these crisps is their ability to be paired up with anything and everything! 

We bring you this papadum recipe to make your brunch perfect! 



  • Cut the cottage cheese cubes in halves.
  • Apply red garlic to one half while making a sandwich with the other. 
  • Grind the papadum in a powder and set it aside. 
  • Make a thin batter with the wheat flour, adding salt and water to it. 
  • Coat the cheese cubes with the batter and roll them in the earlier grinded papadum crisps.
  • Deep fry the cubes till golden brown and serve hot. 

This combination of soft and crispy is all you need for your taste buds!
