VEGAN THANKSGIVING GARBANZO BEANS WRAPS - PRIDE OF INDIA

What’s thanksgiving without a bunch of side salads to delve into? With Pride of India Whole White Garbanzo Beans, we bring you this amazing vegan recipe of wraps that is full of nutrition and taste. And you heard it right, it’s vegan!

WHAT YOU NEED

HOW TO MAKE

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Take a mixing bowl and add Whole White Garbanzo Beans to it.
  • Add avocado oil, thyme, cinnamon ground, cumin, paprika, pink salt, and coriander and mix well.
  • Toss to coat, then arrange on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25 minutes till garbanzo beans are golden brown, dehydrated, and slightly crispy.
  • Wrap flatbreads in a damp towel and warm in the still warm oven for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the mixture to the top of the flatbread.
  • Add desired toppings, such as dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, lettuce or other veggies.
  • Have them fresh!
