VERY BERRY QUINOA MUFFINS

Who isn’t a fan of the perfectly shaped little delights? The muffins really feel like warm hugs on a winter morning. And that’s the best part, there is no particular season to enjoy them! 

With Pride of India’s Organic White Royal Quinoa, try out this recipe of Berry Muffins and make everyone sing about your art of baking! 

WHAT YOU NEED 

HOW TO MAKE 

  • Heat oven to 325°F. 

  • Coat the muffin pan with butter. 

  • Take a large bowl and mix together flours, quinoa, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, baking soda, and salt. 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, yogurt, milk and honey. 

  • Mix both the mixtures and then stir in raspberries. 

  • Put the mixture in the muffin pan cups and bake for 15-20 mins. 

  • Your delicious muffins are ready.
