Ingredients: Split Chickpea Lentils (Chana Dal), Red Chilli Pepper, Black Pepper, Salt, Cumin & Asafoetida (Hing)

Cooking Directions:

Microwave/Oven:

Place the papadums in the microwave or in the oven on microwave safe plate and cook for about 60 - 90 seconds until crispy. Serve hot with the dressing of your choice.

Stovetop/Grill:

Place the papadums in a pan on stovetop or on a grill and cook on high for about 1 minute until crispy. Serve hot with the dressing of your choice.

Try-at-Home Recipe:
Veggie Loaded Papadum

This easy to make snack is favorite of ours.

1. Roast a Papadum for 30 seconds on a pan, or in a microwave it for about 40-50 seconds.
2. Chop some onions, tomatoes, and an avocado. Mix them up with your favorite dip and put them evenly on the Papadum.
