WHAT YOU NEED
1 Onion
2 Tomatoes
2 cloves Garlic
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese , shredded
Coriander Leaves ,
1/2 tsp Dried oregano
1 Lemon juice
Pride of India’s Himalayan Pink Salt, to taste
HOW TO MAKE
Mix together onion, tomatoes, garlic, red chilli powder, garlic, salt and lime juice in a mixing bowl.
Spread it over the roasted Papadums.
Sprinkle the cheddar cheese and grill for a minute.
Sprinkle the coriander leaves and serve immediately.
