Hot Spicy Mexican-Style Kidney Beans

what you need

2 tbsp oil
1 chopped onion
1/2 chopped jalapeño
4 cloves garlic
1 chopped tomato
1 tsp Pride of India's Himalayan Pink Salt
1 tsp Pride of India's Red Chili Ground
1 tsp Pride of India's Cumin Ground
1 cup Pride of India's Kidney Beans
2 cups water

How to make

In a pressure cooker, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add 1 chopped onion, 1/2 chopped jalapeño & 4 cloves garlic to it. Sauté.
Add 1 chopped tomato.
Add 1 tsp Pink Salt, 1 tsp Red Chili Ground & 1 tsp Cumin Ground. Give it a quick stir.
Add 1 cup Kidney Beans, 2 cups water & mix well.
Pressure cook the beans for 5 whistles.

Top it with lemon juice & cilantro. Serve up to 4 people.

Protip: Enjoy this tasty recipe with tortilla chips on the side - Mexican style.
